We realized early on that the traditional working model no longer supported the life we wanted — for ourselves or our family. The 9–5 grind, constant juggling, and lack of flexibility left little room for presence, creativity, or freedom. So we made a change.
Pivoting into the world of virtual work wasn’t quick or easy. It took years of trial, error, and real-life learning. But through it all, we’ve fine-tuned a way of working that’s built on strategy, systems, strong leadership, and deep clarity — the kind that keeps the bigger vision in view while managing all the moving pieces that make it possible.
